Beginning Wheel Class

Leave your stress at the door and enjoy a fun, hands-on two-hour pottery experience!

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a refresher. You’ll learn how to center clay on the wheel, use essential tools, and open and lift clay into simple forms. All materials are included—clay, firings, and a finishing glaze in one of our house colors. You will be working in clay, so please wear comfortable clothes; aprons are provided.

Finished pieces must be fired in our kilns, a process that takes about 30 days. Once complete, your pottery will be ready for pickup.

Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM

• Saturday afternoons at 3:00 PM

Classes fill quickly, so be sure to check our calendar for availability.

Please note: Adult classes are limited to ages 13 and older. Separate sessions can be arranged for younger students to ensure they receive the best and most appropriate instruction.
